All orders will be shipped via UPS. Customers are given the option to do ground shipping, next day air, and 2nd day air shipping. With the exception of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming. These states are only given the option to do next day air or 2nd day air because ground shipping would take too long and we want the pies to arrive as quickly as they can! 

We only ship orders on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. All orders placed after 10am will not be processed until the next processing day. For example, orders placed after 10 am on Thursday will not be processed until the following Tuesday. This is done to ensure the freshness of our pies and that they arrive in a timely manner. 

At Be Happy Pie Company, we take pride in making our products from scratch and baking them to perfection for your enjoyment. Opinions and tastes certainly differ. We are very sorry if you receive a pie and were expecting a different taste. Please feel free to give us a call if you are not satisfied with your pie. Although we do not offer refunds, we may replace your pie, depending on the circumstance. If a replacement is given for shipped items, the cost of materials and shipment will be at the customer's expense. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the items, please give us a call at 812-449-7718 and we will be happy to work with you to determine an acceptable solution.
